Brass idols at Craft Museum, New Delhi.

Craft Museum is the kind of place you hate as a kid and grow to like it. With dazzling insight, public schools take young children to Craft Museum for picnics where most of the time is spent whining and running and bumping into middle aged women negotiating the prices of cane furniture to extract glares. I dont know which was the defining visit but at some unidentifiable peroid in your intellectual development you start liking the place. These brass idols are exactly the kind of things you couldn't care less about on one of the school picnics.

Kids on Rickshaw, Abu Fazl Enclave, New Delhi

Abul Fazl enclave, is basically another bustling locality on the outskirts of New Delhi. Since its just come up on land earlier unoccupied, most of it is just junkyards which server as playgrounds for the children of the new migrants. I found these children delightful (well they were very eager to climb on the rickshaw for my camera).
